System Solutions (Norwich) Ltd, trading as System Solutions, an Apple Authorised Reseller based in Norwich and a supplier of hardware, software and systems support, to a wide range of clients in East Anglia and beyond. System Support is provided on both a contract and ad hoc basis best suited to the needs of the individual client.

System Solutions was founded out of the frustration of being an Apple Macintosh user who was unable to find an Apple Macintosh Service Provider who offered a high level of service and knowledge together with a positive and caring attitude. From this humble beginning the company grew steadily by word of mouth referrals until in 1998 it had become large enough to convert to a Limited Company.

Under the guidance of Managing Director Chris Turner, it has since developed to be one of the most respected service providers in East Anglia with an impressive portfolio of clients from London through to North Norfolk.

2004 we launched our online store www.applemac.biz. We are aiming to use the knowledge we have gained over the past 10 years, working with Apple Computers and their users, to provide an online store that contains the products that are not only compatible with the Macintosh, but reliable and competitivly priced.

The site will continue to evolve including latest products as released, Product Reviews and Customer Forums.

System Solutions offers support to cover both hardware failure and the rectification of problems caused by operating system and software failures and our support personnel, although based in Norwich, spend much of their time on clients' sites resolving and pre-empting such problems with Apple Macintosh systems.
